However, any content, documentation, or materials that you create using the Manufacturing Flow Service remain your intellectual property. You grant Manufacturing Flow a limited license to use your generated content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manufacturing Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damage for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Manufacturing Flow has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Manufacturing Flow's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Manufacturing Flow in the past 12 months.
Manufacturing Flow reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Cause for termination includes but is not limited to violation of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior that Manufacturing Flow reasonably believes is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must cease use of the Service.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
