OUR SERVICES

Two Phases. One Transformation.

AI training for your team. IIoT sensors for your machines. Each phase works independently — or together for maximum impact.

AI LLM Training

$6,000

8 weeks • 2 hours/week • Groups up to 20 people

We teach your manufacturing team to use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for the problems they actually face every day. Not theory — practical, hands-on training using your real equipment, your real SOPs, and your real operational challenges.

By the end of the program, your team will have AI-powered workflows for tribal knowledge capture, SOP automation, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and custom AI assistants built specifically for your equipment and processes.

What's Included

  • Prompt Engineering — Crafting effective prompts for technical documentation and manufacturing contexts
  • Tribal Knowledge Capture — AI-assisted interviewing and documentation of expert knowledge before retirement
  • SOP Automation — Using AI to create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Custom AI Assistants — Building chatbots trained on your specific equipment manuals and processes
  • Multi-Platform Training — When to use ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Gemini for different manufacturing tasks
  • Team Deployment — Change management, adoption strategies, and measuring ROI
  • Ongoing Support — Post-program guidance as your team scales their AI usage

Scoped to your equipment • Full deployment • Ongoing analytics

We don't just recommend sensors — we deploy them. Manufacturing Flow handles the full IIoT stack: sensor selection, installation, data pipeline configuration, AI model training, and integration with your existing ERP/MES systems. Your machines start talking to AI.

Phase 2 works independently from Phase 1, but they amplify each other. Teams trained in Phase 1 understand how to interpret and act on the AI-powered insights that Phase 2 generates.

What We Deploy

  • Vibration Sensors — Bearing health, motor condition, and rotating equipment monitoring
  • Temperature Sensors — Thermal monitoring for process control and anomaly detection
  • Pressure Sensors — Hydraulic and pneumatic system monitoring
  • Weight / Load Cells — Material flow, throughput measurement, and batch tracking
  • Environmental Sensors — Humidity, air quality, and ambient condition monitoring
  • AI-Enabled Cameras — Defect detection, visual throughput analysis, and safety monitoring
  • Predictive Maintenance — AI models trained on your sensor data to predict failures before they happen
  • Digital Twin Creation — Virtual models of your production lines for simulation and optimization
  • ERP/MES Integration — SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, and custom system connections

Common Questions

No. Phase 1 (AI Training) and Phase 2 (Sensors & Data) are independent services. Many clients start with Phase 1 because it's faster to deploy and delivers quick wins. But if your priority is sensor data and predictive maintenance, you can start with Phase 2 directly. When used together, they amplify each other — trained teams get more value from sensor data because they understand how to use AI to interpret it.

We work with manufacturers from 10-person job shops to Fortune 500 plants. Phase 1 (AI Training) scales well to any team size — we've trained individual operators and entire shifts. Phase 2 (Sensors) scales based on your equipment count and facility size. The methodology works the same regardless of scale.

Most teams start seeing tangible results within the first 2 weeks. By week 4, teams are typically capturing tribal knowledge, generating SOPs, and using AI assistants daily. By program end (week 8), AI is embedded in daily workflows. The full ROI — measured in hours saved and documentation created — usually becomes clear within 30 days of program completion.

We integrate with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, IQMS (DELMIAworks), Plex, and most major manufacturing ERP/MES platforms. We also work with custom and legacy systems. Integration scope and timeline are determined during the scoping phase of Phase 2.
